Terms of use

Use the service only for information and work you are authorised to handle. Keep your account credentials private and contact us if access appears compromised. Do not access another person's documents, bypass usage controls or use the service unlawfully.

Remove identifying details and check your authority before submitting care information. You remain responsible for the facts you provide and for reviewing any output before use. You authorise the processing needed to provide the requested function, as explained in the privacy notice and the AI submission notice.

AI may omit facts, make mistakes or suggest unsuitable wording. Checks do not certify compliance, clinical suitability or completeness. The service provides documentation support, not clinical, legal, care, regulatory or other professional advice. It is not an emergency service or an official record system.

The first release uses a free plan with no paid subscription required.

Your account receives 300 Points once, shared across AI features. Points do not renew monthly. Communication Notes and template AI reviews each use 20 Points on success. Failed requests refund their Points. Basic template checks, viewing, editing and downloads are free.

Points are a service allowance, not money. Repeated sign-in does not renew the welcome grant. A request reserves Points while processing and settles on success or refunds on failure; check its status before submitting again.

You retain any rights you hold in material you submit. Use templates and resulting documents only where you have the necessary rights and authority; third-party material remains subject to its own terms. AI wording is not guaranteed to be unique.

Communication Notes save automatically after successful generation; template history saves when you choose to save it. See the privacy notice for retention and deletion. Keep required records in your authorised system and retain your original files.

Tools may be paused for maintenance, capacity or security reasons. Current availability and your balance are shown in the workspace. This release does not promise uninterrupted access or unlimited AI use.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable Australian Consumer Law guarantees. Contact us about service problems or disputes. Material changes to the service rules will be explained before they apply; any future paid offer will require a separate choice.
